Rice variety Tsukiakari

Minori Farm cultivates two varieties.

"Koshihikari", the king of rice, and "Tsukiakari", which is large and full of flavor

A relatively new variety, Tsuki Akari, was born in 2016.

Coincidentally, Minori Farm was also incorporated in 2016.

Glossiness of cooking. The name comes from the fact that each grain shines brightly.

Tsukiakari is large and has a flavor comparable to Koshihikari.

In the taste test, it is highly rated as delicious even after keeping warm.
